Semta's Aerospace industry activity across the UK
- Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) project is now in phase 3
and and is being circulated regionally. A pilot has
already been delivered with the MAA group and received very
positive feedback. There are currently circa. 70
companies involved with a draft plan to cascade this activity pan
sectorally. The project aims to develop a continuous and robust
Skills Demand Signal over the medium to long-term using SWP
processes and tools.
- ADS 21st Century Supply Chains (SC21) achieving supply chain
improvement is critical to the continued competitiveness of the UK
aerospace and defence industry. This key programme is overseen by
ADS's Enterprise Excellence Board and continues the work of the
Aerospace Innovation and Growth Team. SC21 aims to accelerate the
competitiveness of the aerospace and defence industry. With
international competition increasing, the participation of
companies of all sizes throughout the UK supply chain is crucial to
delivering real results from this modernisation programme. To

- NSA-M e-portal, a new online set of diagnostics have been
developed for use across Semta's footprint. The tools cover the
