Biography - Hugh Scullion

Appointed the General Secretary of CSEU in September 2009.
Elected to Scottish Executive of the Labour Party in 2005 (elected Treasurer in 2006).
Appointed Regional Political Officer Scotland of Amicus/Unite in 2004.
Member of General Council of STUC from 2004 to 2010.
Appointed as a Regional Officer of MSF in 2000.
Member of National Executive Committee of MSF Union from 1997 to 1999.
President of MSF Union in Scotland from 1994 until 1997.
From 1981 to 1990 Hugh was convener of the staff trade unions in Yarrow Shipbuilders.
From 1969 to 1973 Hugh served an Apprenticeship in Yarrow Shipbuilders (now BAE Systems) and qualified as an Electrical Design Engineer.
