Simon is an experienced Manufacturing, Engineering and
Operational leader; his achievements have included leading New
Product Introduction, affordability development, delivering
production support, improvements, cost reduction and capability
acquisition. Simon jointly led the negotiation and introduction of
Modern Working Practices in Barnoldswick and actively sponsors the
development of all associates from apprentices to senior managers.
Simon works cross functionally throughout the value stream to
improve business performance and is focused on the delivery of lean
manufacturing into RR factories to improve operational
effectiveness.
